• Barack Austine Otieno resides in Arlington, TX. Although born abroad, he grew up in Arlington and is a proud Texan. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing at the University of Texas at Arlington. Received his Master of Nursing Degree at Walden University. He later received his Doctor of Nursing Degree (DNP) at University of South Alabama and is currently a board certified and licensed family nurse practitioner (FNP) in the state of Texas.

• Barack loves education and has continued to further his studies throughout the past few years. He recently attended the University of Texas at Rio Grande for a post masters Certification in Psychiatry and Mental Health. 

• He is passionate and dedicated to servicing his local community and has established Texas Minor Emergency Clinic to provide healthcare to those in need.

• He embraces the Texas pride and spirit and is a proud member of his community who looks forward to providing the best healthcare services to his patients and their families.
